Registering for the conference gives you access to all plenary, concurrent, experiential and meditation sessions, as well as the performances and the evening celebrations. The main conference takes place from Thursday evening through Sunday. Your registration also includes lunches on Friday, Saturday & Sunday at the Hayes Mansion. Registration for the conference does not include: hotel accommodation, breakfast or dinners, nor any of the pre-conference workshops.

A $ 55 administration fee is charged for cancellations until Aug 31. A $100 administration fee is charged for cancellations between Sept 1 and Oct 12. There will be no refund after Oct 12. If you have applied to speak at the conference and your talk has been accepted and you have registered at the discounted rate, the registration fee is non-refundable after Sep 1. Cancellations before that date is subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
You will be able to transfer the registration name by October 12 for no charge, avoiding cancellation fees!
Yes, day passes are generally available starting in August, or on site. Please see the Registration tab of the event for prices.
You can register and pay for the workshop of your choice on-site. We prefer you make your selections ahead of time, so that we can select the appropriate room/space for the workshop depending on the number of participants. Workshops could be subject to cancellation due to too few sign-ups.
You can change your workshop up until October 12. Once you have entered the workshop, you cannot switch to another workshop because each speaker is paid according to the number of participants in his or her workshop.
Meals are not included in the workshop fees.

All meals at the Hayes Mansion are set-up buffet style with many different selections to choose from. If you have very specific dietary requirements, do not hesitate to call the Hayes Mansion directly to let them know about your specific needs.

Rooms can be shared by paying an extra $15 per person per night. Through the WHOVA event app, you can post on the community board to find potential roommates.

We film in the main room and in some of the smaller rooms. The main room recordings are available to purchase as part of the Livestream package. In time, all the video-recorded SAND sessions become available to our supporters.
