What is the cancellation and refund policy for Membership?

Cancellation Policy: Your monthly subscription will renew automatically one month after your registration date and every month thereafter. Your annual subscription will renew automatically one year after your registration date and every year thereafter.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before the upcoming renewal date.

Refund Policy: You may cancel your membership within 30 days of signing up and receive a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be granted. To request a refund, please submit an email request to our support team. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment and may take up to two weeks to be completed.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by logging into your account and clicking on your Avatar in the top right corner. Navigate to Settings > Billing Info.

Billing Info will be in small print in the top right corner. Next, click the three dots to the right of your subscription information and select, “cancel this subscription”.

How do I access my portal?

Please click on LIBRARY on the home website page menu. You can also bookmark that page for easier access. If you forgot your password please request a password reset by clicking Forgot Password. Once logged in, you will find all membership content listed in My Library. Click View Product for any membership product you would like to access.
