Q: How do I become a member of the SAND community?
A: We have two levels of membership: a SAND Supporter and a SAND Member. Read more to find out the difference!
Q: Is SAND a not-for-profit organization?
A: Yes. SAND is a 501c3 registered non-profit. For more information, contact the office.
Q: How can my organization partner with SAND?
A: Please take a look at our Sponsor page. You can download detailed information about the different levels of sponsorship.
On the Sponsor page, see: “Click here for SAND sponsorship options”.
Q: How can I make a donation to SAND?
A: You can donate a monthly amount and become a SAND Supporter or give us a one time donation of any amount. Your support will help SAND continue to expand our mission and vision. Thank You So Much for considering it!
Q: How do I contact you?
A: Use the Contact Form here.
Q: How do I Log In?
A: In the gray bar up top beside Search, click My Account. You can log in there, as well as edit your site Profile, address, and your Subscriptions.
If you see a top black WordPress bar, that just indicates you use WordPress elsewhere. Don’t try to log in there. It will not give you access to many site features, such as videos you have access to as a Supporter.
Q: My situation has changed. How do I Cancel my Supporter Subscription?
A: Go to My Account, log in, and you can edit your Subscription there. Please use Cancel to cancel. Hold is just a temporary pause. If you have any problems with this, just Contact Us and we’ll help.
Q: I just bought an on-line Course or Anthology. How do I see it?
A: Log in to the site, then click the link that came with your purchase receipt. That will give you access to your paid content. Be sure to bookmark it in your browser for later reference. If you can’t find the link, Contact Us.
Q: I just became a Supporter. How do I access the Supporter content?
A: Log in to the site, then visit the Supporters Hub. There you will find links to key content. Additionally, we sometimes post articles just for Supporters. If you are logged in, you will see them. Thanks for your support!
Q: Why are the posted articles called Dialogues?
A: We call the articles Dialogues to invite discussion of articles you’re interested in. We are hoping to encourage an on-line version of the conferences.
Q: How can I discuss points of interest with others here?
A: You can Comment on Dialogues of interest, Comment on Member articles in the Conversations section, or post your own articles there. We encourage open discussion but this does require Member participation.
