DEEPAK CHOPRA PRESENTS “TOWARDS A SCIENCE OF CONSCIOUSNESS” Followed by a panel conversation with Rudolph Tanzi, Menas Kafatos and Lothar Schäfer. The evening will close with a concert TBA. This session is included in the Main Conference Registration.

Meals

If you registered for the main conference, 3 lunches (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) are included with your conference pass. All other meals need to be purchased separately. Please keep in mind that we highly recommend purchasing meals now as there will not be another convenient food option at the conference. We will be eating our lunches all together, outside, in the hotel’s lovely patio area. The culinary offerings of The Dolce Mansion have won critical acclaim within a region famed for its cuisine and wine. You will be pleased with their yummy, gourmet offerings! Additionally, the hotel can easily accommodate any food restrictions. Come enjoy one another’s company while satisfying your taste buds.

CEU's
SAND is providing through Sofia University 20 CEU’s for MFTs, LCSWs, and RNs. We will offer a set amount of CEUs for those who plan to attend the entire conference. We do not offer individual CEUs for individual workshops/presentations/lectures. The cost to receive these credits is and additional $60.00 to be charged to those who sign up for the CEUs. Please prepare a separate check to Sofia University – Continuing Education Department.

Refund policy:

$ 50 admin fee charged for cancellations until Oct 1st
$ 100 admin fee charged for cancellations from Oct 1st to Oct 15th
No refund after October 15th
By registering on our system you will be able to transfer the registration name at any time at no charge avoiding cancellation fees!

SAND Presenter Cancellation Policy: If you have applied to speak at the conference via our abstract system and your talk has been accepted and you have registered at the discounted rate, the registration fee is non-refundable after September 1st, cancellation before that date is subject to $100 cancellation fee.
